PATHOGENESIS & MANAGEMENT

Dear colleagues,

This second edition of the Mediterranean Elbow Symposium confirmed the enthusiasm of practitioners in the management of elbow joint pathology.

We welcomed over 70 participants and 8 nations were represented.

After dismembering elbow stiffness, this year we wanted to focus on elbow instability in all its aspects: dislocation and post-traumatic instability, instability in sports practice with overuse syndrome and minor instability, prosthetic instability and instability in children.

Through presentations, videos and practical sessions, international elbow experts shared their experience and proposed practical solutions for their therapeutic management. Industrial sessions were dedicated to young practitioners, to enhance their technical experience, and numerous opportunities for dialogue and debate enabled them to exchange views with colleagues from all over the world.

Thank you for taking part in this event and contributing to the success of this second edition dedicated to elbow instability.
